Monthly Lease Rates

Available For Long/Short Term Lease (Possible Lease/Purchase)

LONG TERM RATE

$1,500 for 4+ months, only up to max of 1 year -- plus utilities.

SHORT TERM RATE
-
Shorter terms of 1-3 months would be $1,700 per month --including
utilities--basic cable, electric, gas and water. Phone and internet not
included.

Lease will most likely require 1st Month + Last Month +
Equal Security Deposit (negotiable dependent upon length of term)

Owner will assign tenant "Community Amenities Privileges" with
Lease of 1 Year
(Tenant would still be responsible for all associated Amenity fees)

OPTION TO RENT UNFURNISHED EXISTS ON LONGER TERMS
- but the Lease rate won't change since it saves you money on storing your
furnishings - and costs us monies to move and store our furnishings.
