Johntown Covenants & Bylaws

Johntown is not a single development - it is a conglomeration of developments and subdivided lands, originally owned by several large tract owners.  And so while everyone sort of refers to the overall community as "Johntown" - there are several different sets of covenants which govern different land tract areas of the community.  For SPECIFIC Covenants that might run with a specific parcel of land, go to the Lots/Homes 4 SALE link, and then click on the individual "Property ID# Link" of interest.
