★ROOMATE WANTED
This modern log home is
for sale, but has been on the market one year already. In the event the
property sells, I will refund two months rent, to help with your moving costs
and inconvenience.
I am looking for a female roomate to share the Main Portion of the home.
Roomate would have the Main Level Master Suite, and share the rest of the
house, including washer/dryer. A pet is allowed. I would consider pasturing
one horse for $100 a month extra. If you’d like to garden, there are lots of
spots to choose from.
I am a professional artist, with an 8 to 5 day job. My studio and office is in
the loft, as is my bedroom/bath. I want a responsible person that is mature,
professional, neat, clean, considerate and pays on time. I am not a
vegetarian, or strickly organic, but I am conscious of eating good food. For
example I don't fry chicken, but if I was at my gramma's house I would eat it
and love it!
UTILITIES & DISH NETWORK ARE INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE OF $550/MONTH.
