We have several topos of the property in this section.

This section is primarily addressed to developers, or to those
that may have access to advanced engineering software. The Civil
Engineering Firm that did the initial layout has provided a multi-layered site
layout that includes topos, elevations, flood plains etc. In this
section we have 2 links. The 1st is to the downloadable AutoCAD file.
The 2nd is a link to a free CAD viewer which you can download, then pan, zoom,
or turn on and off layers for your review of the Site Layout File..
LAST NOTE: Please
realize that many representative topos of this property seem to indicate
existing, pre-platted Lot Lines. They do not officially
exist!!! It's just that it is the only file we have to visually work from - which
was an earlier sample layout for how the property MIGHT be developed into a
subdivision. |
