  • Property is available to be sold as an entire tract, but the owner would actually prefer to retain the top 7 - 8 acres.  The proposed split is just around the middle of the property.  Lower half has easy access of Baird Cove Lane and is accessible to county water and sewer - allowing for small tract subdivides.

  • There are some other existing small tract subdivisions in the area already, and are still popular as 1st home residences for the northern Asheville Subdivision area.  This is still a popular and growing area with residential appeal to the greater Asheville area.  Subdivided land adjacent to the property is selling briskly at 20-25k per ¼ acre.
